I made chocolate orange cupcakes :)
Chocolate butter cream topping with orange sponge cake. I added orange juice and rind to flavour the cake and then added yellow and red food colouring to make them really orange
I was watching a tv programme on BBC 4 last night, Around the World in 60 Minutes, and it’s reminded me how much I really want to see the Northern Lights. I was planning on adding this to my list of “Things to do before 30” as I have family that live in Norway so the idea of travelling north visiting family on the way sounded fantastic but also expensive.
After a little research I’ve found out that you can see them from the north of Scotland somtimes so i’m actually getting a little excited that it really could happen rather than be a pipe dream.
